The top Donna finds hanging over a railing in the console room in The Runaway Bride is the same that Rose wore in New Earth right? So why on (new) earth would that kind of garment, which, unlike a jacket, she wore over nothing but her bra, hang there if Rose and the Doctor were not getting it on?  tbh ten probably dug it out of her room to hug it and cry before he set up his inter-dimensional skype call no shut up they were banging
